
Our Grade 10.9 Railway High-Strength Hex Head Bolt is manufactured from 40Cr alloy structural steel with Dacromet anti-corrosion coating. Standard size M24×150, compliant with GB/T 1228 & UIC 860 railway standards. Widely utilized for railway wagon fastening, track connection and brake system assembly. These high-strength hex head bolts are specially engineered for railway heavy-load working conditions. The standard specification is M24×150, and all dimensions can be customized according to client requirements.
Made of 40Cr alloy structural steel, the bolts feature Dacromet anti-corrosion coating with silver-gray appearance. Equipped with metric coarse thread (3mm pitch, 6g thread tolerance), matched complete sets including high-strength hex nuts, flat washers and spring washers. Installation adopts torque wrench tightening process.
