CT-II Type Subway Brake Block
CT-II is a non-asbestos semi-metallic composite tread brake block specially developed for domestic Type B metro vehicles and light suburban rail transit. It adopts an integrated curved structure composited by friction body and Q235 steel back via high-temperature hot pressing, complying with T/CAMET 04004.10 industry standard. With stable friction coefficient, low wear, low braking noise and wheel-friendly performance, it fits 840mm diameter wheels with R420 tread radian, matching standard CT-II brake shoe holders for urban frequent start-stop braking conditions. It features anti-delamination, anti-cracking and wide temperature resistance, with a service mileage of over 55,000 km under normal operation.
