This seat backrest bracket is a core supporting component for seats of heavy trucks, light trucks, passenger buses, engineering dump trucks and other highway commercial vehicles. It is made of thickened Q235 high-strength carbon structural steel with plate thickness of 2.5mm–3.0mm to greatly boost overall load capacity. Full-automatic CNC stamping and one-piece bending forming are adopted without splicing welds to prevent fracture under force. Mounting holes are processed by CNC laser punching with hole position tolerance within ±0.02mm, perfectly fitting original seat installation positions. Reinforcing ribs are stamped on high-stress zones to disperse vibration stress and avoid cracking after long-term operation.
Double anti-corrosion treatment is applied: electrophoretic primer plus outdoor electrostatic powder coating. The black electrophoretic layer fills tiny steel pores to block moisture penetration, while the outer high-temperature powder coating forms a compact protective film against rain, winter road deicing salt fog and construction mud. It passes more than 480 hours neutral salt spray test, resisting rust, peeling and paint loss under harsh coastal, rainy and construction environments.
