Rod body forging: Adopt integrated hot forging process with high-carbon alloy steel. High-temperature forging eliminates internal material pores and stress concentration; followed by precision CNC cutting and milling to guarantee consistent dimensional tolerance, no deformation under heavy load.

Surface treatment: Sandblasting + electrophoretic anti-rust coating double process. Sandblasting removes surface oxide scale to enhance coating adhesion; electrophoresis forms uniform protective film, resisting rainwater, mud, acid and alkali corrosion for long-distance driving in mining, construction and muddy roads.

Rubber bushing vulcanization: High natural rubber formula with anti-aging, anti-oil additives. Integral high-temperature vulcanization bonding between steel sleeve and rubber, no separation or cracking under frequent bumping and torsion. The rubber buffer structure effectively absorbs road vibration.

Bolt joint assembly: High-tensile strength alloy lock bolts, with thread anti-loosening treatment, avoid loosening during long-term high-load transportation.
